How onboarding works

Our accounts team sends the certificate of insurance naming your company, our W-9, our terms and our New Customer Form.

You fill out the New Customer Form and add FastFix to your approved vendors.

Your stores call (636) 327-8349 for the first job, and we're on site within four hours for an emergency.

Two bases, most calls within an hour
We work from two bases: the St. Louis Metro and Columbia. Most of our calls are within an hour's drive of one of them.
- St. Louis Metro: St. Louis City and County, St. Charles and Jefferson counties, and Madison, St. Clair and Monroe counties in Illinois.
- Columbia: Boone, Cole and Callaway counties.
